Dit modern studentenkot van 20m² is gelegen in een modern studentenhuis (genaamd MiPa) van 27 kamers met ruime gemeenschappelijke ruimte/keuken inclusief bar en TV.
Het studentenkot heeft een eigen koelkast met diepvriesvak, alsook een eigen badkamer met wc, lavabo en douche.
Het kot ligt op de derde verdieping en is bereikbaar met trap en lift.
De studentenkamer is fris en ruim, uitgerust met een bed, bureau en de nodige kasten voor boeken en kleren. Studentenkamer wordt volledig bemeubeld aangeboden zoals zichtbaar op de foto's.
Het kot is gelegen aan de voorzijde van het gebouw en is beschikbaar vanaf begin September 2023 tot en met begin Februari (of eind Januari) 2024.

This modern, fully furnished student room has a surface of 20 square metres and is located in a modern student house (called MiPa) of 27 rooms. The room has its own fridge (incl freezing compartment) and its own bathroom with toilet, lavabo and shower.
This student house also has a shared, trendy fitted kitchen with bar and TV, duplex seating lounge, where students can relax, enjoy and have fun with their friends.
The student room is located on the third floor and is reachable with stairs and elevator.
The student room is fresh, spacious and fully furnished (please refer to pictures).
Room is offered as can be seen in pictures and is ideal for Erasmus students staying in Antwerp.
Available from beginning of September 2023 until beginning of February 2024 (or end of January).
MiPA student house is located right in front of the auditoriums of the Antwerp University (Campus “Paardenmarkt”). The student flat is located in the middle of the bustling student area, close to the nice terraces, shops and restaurants. More specifically, within walking distance of 't Eilandje, Stadswaag, the Grand Place and the Meir.
