Room for rent: Scheldestraat in Antwerpen

Hallo mensen!

Ik zoek iemand die mijn kamer wil onderhuren! Vanaf eind juni is het mogelijk om de kamer totaal over te nemen!

Het is een 2 delige-kamer (slaapgedeelte en woonkamer) in een mooie woning (2e verdieping) op een ideale plek in het mooie zuid! Het ligt 1 minuut lopen van de Schelde en een supermarkt. In de buurt zijn veel andere leuke winkeltjes
Je komt samen te wonen met een ander meisje waar je de badkamer en keuken mee deelt.
De kamer verhuur ik met mijn bed, bank, bureau met bureaustoel, salontafel en de kast. De rest haal van mijn spullen haal ik weg.

Ik heb in die periode namelijk stages voor mijn opleiding in Nederland. Vanaf 20 mei tot 18 juni heb ik waarschijnlijk fysieke examens op mijn campus en heb ik mijn appartement wel nodig(hangt af van de corona toestand). Na mijn examens zou je er terug in kunnen en het contract overnemen, omdat ik dan afgestuurd ben (als het goed is) en terug ga naar Nederland.

Kosten: €360 voor de huur en bijkomend €77,50 voor gas, elektra en wifi.

Hello people!

I’m looking for someone that want to rent my room!

It is a two-part room (living and bedroom) in a beautiful house (2nd floor) at an ideal location in the beautiful south of Antwerp! It is a 1-minute walk from the Schelde and a supermarket. The university and other schools are very close also. There are many other nice shops in the area as well!
You come to live with another girl with whom you share the bathroom and kitchen.
I rent the room with my bed, sofa, desk with desk chair, coffee table and closet. I take away the rest of my things.

During the period of feb - may I have internships for my education in the Netherlands. From May 20 to June 18, I will probably have physical exams on my campus and will need my apartment again (depends on the corona situation). After my exams you could go back in and the contract could be taken over as I would have been gratuated (if all went ok haha).

Costs: € 360 for the rent and an additional € 77,50 for gas, electricity and wifi
